Teen Arts survey

Answer the following questions so I can determine your eligibility to participate in Teen Arts Festival on Friday, May 17th, all day. The space is limited and the priority will be given to the students who will be performing (Chamber choir and Bro Squad members enrolled in a choir class) and to those students who have not missed after school rehearsals, concerts and special events.
